Outstanding service! Huge kudos to BMW of Dallas! I had an engine failure in my 2014 M5 on the way to work Wednesday morning, so I had the car towed in to BMW of Dallas. They probably got the car around noon. Turned out it was a fuel pump. I was back in my repaired car - with an oil change - THAT AFTERNOON!! I was amazed. Also, a special shout-out to my Service Adviser, Brandi Mukube, who kept me up to day throughout the afternoon and has always given great advice on repair decisions with this car. Thank you Brandi!!

Reesh I brought car in for brake pads because red light was on. I made appointment on line and when I arrived Reesh took care of me really quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Fourth Year TLC My very low mileage 2017 needed a checkup after four years of almost no mechanical issues. It passed with flying colors of many different services offered but not pushed by the representative. When I drove my car post-service, it was clearly refreshed, operating better than before, and ready for the open road with my detailing completed too. My service representative made all the difference to explain the services, keep me informed on progress, and deliver out the finished product easily.
