Great service at BMW of Las Vegas I recently had a major problem with the electrical system of my 2019 which required replacement of some of it's key parts. Unfortunately it took a very long time to get one of the parts - 3 months. During this time the dealer was great. I used a loaner vehicle provided by them for the whole time, and my service advisor Joe Carcione contacted me regularly and kept me informed about what was happening.
