Review Joe (Giuseppe) was wonderful in assisting me with service of my car. Pleasant, a smooth process and most important I was in a situation for p/u my car and he was able to provide a loaner so I did not need to miss work and other tasks.

Great Servicer Department! I have nothing but a great experience with Las Vegas BMW with the service of my BMW M5 Competiton. 5 stars to Joe and Tyler in the service department. My only complaint is that Las Vegas dealers (in general across most brands) are just are not competitive with Southern California on pricing and availability. I had to buy my car from Autonation BMW Valencia after not being able to get a build slot from Las Vegas BMW and after an absolutely AWFUL experience at Henderson BMW.

Routine Service at BMW LAS VEGAS We recently located here so we were not sure what to expect. Having been a BMW owner of many different vehicles over the years, we were used to exceptional service. This dealership has met our expectations.

Mrs. K Mr. Giuseppe Carcione ?Joe?, is fantastic! I ran over an object in the road which caused a tire to go flat immediately and damaged the rim and the alignment. It happened at around 5pm, close to dealership closing, but Joe came through for me and got everything fixed in a timely manner and with a rental car to boot since there were no loaner vehicles available.

Great Service The service writer , Frank, was fantastic. I needed my car back at a certain time, explained why, and he made sure it happened. Thanks to him and your great service department. I also met general manager Eric, who was making sure customers were being well taken care of. Very impressive.
