Leasing and Service I worked with Frank in the Service Dept. I loved working with him, very professional, friendly and always welcoming! Not too crazy about the leasing. I was not told or reminded that after certain amount of mileage I would have to put out $753.00 dollars for service of the vehicle when we were leasing the car. I would have had the spark plugs and oil changed prior to the time or mileage running out. Frank was excellent!
New to Las Vegas, the salesman/Dealership is # 1 I was looking for a 2017 or 2018 Ram Longhorn. I knew what a good price would be. Found one on line at BMW. Didn't realize how good the price was until we saw the truck. We didn't get a good price, we got a great price. Our salesman, MR. J, was awesome. He not only sold the car but sold us on the Dealership.

Bmw las Vegas service department Driving from San Diego to Las Vegas had car issue by Baker so nice and slow to Las Vegas went straight to bmw dealership. Joe Monaco assisted me and got me in asap got the repair done and had a great time in Las Vegas and drove home without a problem. Joe Manaco did a amazing job.
