Not sure what Title means The service agent Joe Carcione is great, he has taken care of me and my car since moving here. Professional courteous and responsive, I can’t ask fir more. He is very informative and makes sure I am aware of everything related to the vehicle.

Satisfied customer Brought my car in for another tire service since I had another screw in my tire for the third time. Made an appointment with Carlos and once again he exceeded my expectations! Carlos always provided excellent customer service each time we see him. Would recommend him to any of my family and friends who needs any BMW services. He?s very friendly and personable.

BMW3 series I was very impressed with the vast knowledge of Marcus our representative, he readily understood the problem I was having with my car. He was also very polite with a great customer service attitude. In addition to the repairs on my car he spent the time to explain other features of my car. I will certainly be asking specifically for Marcus if and when I need repairs or advice on my car.
