Regular Guy D?Andre was an awesome Service advisor and he even recommended and oil additive which sounded like a great idea. I also met the general manager who was very, very knowledgeable and also very friendly.

Sales The salesperson Kay was most professional and represented BMW in the very manner in which I was most impressed with. Lastly, I'd like to point out 4 salespersons decided to ignore me when I 1st arrived at the Dealersip and Kay had the foresight or drive or business sense to approach me and introduce himself to offer me a great sales transaction. My service manager, Joe Carcione I don't know what we would do without Joe as our service manager. We trust him to tell us what absolutely needs to be done, and what can wait. He ALWAYS listens to us and takes our concerns in consideration. We purchased our second car at this same dealership specifically because we wanted Joe to continue to be our service manager, even though we live out of state and have a second home in LV. I hope he never leaves or retires. I don't know what we would do!
