BMW of Las Vegas - Chad B. Chad met me promptly at Service Bay Door (as promised) x 7am. Reviewed service anticipated to completed during scheduled maintenance. His estimated 'wait time' for the service was within 20 minutes of actual completion - a HUGE plus ! Lounge area is extremely clean and comfortable with minimum distractions. Can't do much better !
