rwhite349@aol.com Had an 8 am appointment for service. Got there 7:50am, checked in at outside desk and was told to go inside for completion of sign in. Went in and told to have a seat. Sat there for 30 minutes, then finally got mad and went up to find out what had happened. Found out outside check in person failed to notify inside person assigned to check us in was not informed we were there. Then spend another 5 - 10 minutes getting checked in.
