BMW LAS VEGAS TEAM IS #1 IN AutoNation!! Serena the Car Sales Lady was amazing from the start. Very professional and hard working. Finance Manager, awesome. However, I did have a little xxxx up with my brakes after purchase and trouble with the Service department. Yet Serena, Service Manager Josh, the GM turned around my experience with OUTSTANDING customer service!!! If you want quality cars and great service?? Go to BMW LAS VEGAS! nishdat@hotmail.com They need to bring back their Car Loaner Program. They have a Reminder Program regarding Service needs. However, the Reminder Program via Text and Email is automated and does not take into Account Updated Situations. For example, I preponed my Service for the Car but still get reminders for my Original Service Schedule.

Impressive details I was impressed with the service. BMW, sent me a video detailing my car's undercarriage. They went through every mechanical part, and accessed the wear of each component. This is exactly the care I need to keep my car running in top condition, and last for a very long time. Thank you BMW you have my loyalty for life.

Excellent customer service Joe Monaco, our service manager, has been an exemplary liaison between us and the technicians who work on both of our cars. He has polished interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to productively communicate with the mechanics who work on our cars. His reassuring positive attitude, professionalism, patience and his ?customer-first? attitude deserve special mention. Joe?s excellent customer service is more compelling to remain brand loyal to BMW than marketing and advertising.

X5 service visit Brought my car in for service (oil change). Despite arriving before my appointment time, there were more than 15 cars waiting to be checked in, lined up well into the dealership?s parking lot. After electing not to take them up on numerous upsells (brake fluid, additional inspection, air filter, alignment?.none of which were due yet), they wanted to charge $290 for an oil and filter change.
