"The individual salesperson makes the difference" Dealerships are dealerships and the individual salespeople/managers are the ones that make the real difference. Ketan was attentive from the time we arrived, without being pushy. He asked good questions, listened and provided options regarding what we were looking for. When we got to price, we negotiated fairly and the manager worked with us. We walked away with a BMW that we wanted at a great price. Nice work.
"I would not be driving my Dream Car without Irvine" I would not be driving my 2018 BMW M4 without Ketan Petal and IRVINE BMW. Ketan was very patient with me while I test drive several M Cars over a 3 week period. He didnt rushed me to buy a car till I found my dream car. I could not be happier.
