"Flat tire experience " Had a flat tire late evening with guests in the car over Thanksgiving. Cannot be any more dramatic especially with LAX dropp off duty next day. Irvine Bmw were very helpful in accomodating and getting a loner next day am. Car fixed ontime as promised and communication was good.
