Our sales person, Alex, was responsive and quick. We were short on time and needed our car (hard to find I4 e40) to be ready within a day for a roadtrip. Alex found one, got it inspected, prep, cleaned and ready within the time we needed it by. The sales paperwork went smooth and quick. Top it off, we got a call from Alex the next day, making sure everything with the car and our trip was good. I would buy from Alex again.
Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. I spent over a month dealing with different dealerships after getting in an accident then I came across Irvine BMW. Alex Asfour took great care of me and was honest and upfront about everything.
