This dealer sold a vehicle while concealing information that later caused a voiding of the factory warranty due to "DME tampering" that had catless downpipes installed without disclosing it. Irvine BMW took in F90 M5 on lease return which I then purchased thereafter. I later found out they flunked the vehicle from the CPO program because they discovered the vehicle had been subjected to performance tuning.
