Wow! Talk about Elite Client Service. Came in with a screw in my wife’s tire. They went ahead got the car in the bay immediately, offered to let us use a vehicle in the meantime, gave us a great deal on a new run flat and gave my partner in crime Max this really cool hat! Doesn’t get better than this. I can see why they’re rated so highly.
Service Department is Awesome! Starring: Robbie, Thomas and John - great crew! Personable, kind, and helpful. I called Robbie, the morning of Friday, March 22nd, called Robbie (Service Dept.) ordered Pirelli tire, 4 hours later delivered, my appointment was at 2PM but Thomas got me in ahead of schedule. John technician removed Run Flat and attached new Pirelli. Over all great experience, positive vibes, and truly felt at home.
They can be hard to get up with on the phone (understandable since they were very busy when I got there) but their service is excellent! They really went the extra mile.
