If you’re in the market for a BMW and can travel to other dealerships I would strongly recommend it... I purchased a 2015 750LI from Sale BMW a few years back.. when I made my purchase the vehicle had 28,000 miles on it Still under warranty with additional warranty because it was a certified pre owned vehicle...now the car has 35,000 miles on it ...I only drive it when I go on vacations...on my last trip I hit a pot hole and damaged the front driver side tire... Called to make an appointment and was told they were helping a customer? Well I’m a customer?Told me they would call me back. I gave them a couple of hours and called them back twice more and left messages to call me as no one answered. THEY NEVER HAVE RETURNED any of my calls.
i ready call too many time for service on my car 745i but they never ever answwe the phone..
Bought a 2014 328i CPO in February. It was great the first month I had it, but since then nothing but problems. It has a full warranty, but service doesn't seem to know whats wrong with it when i call or take it in. First it was the Timing chain, parts of the front suspension, now the transmission. Definitely, not the car or service i was expecting from BMW.
