Horrible experience. I was overcharged and Ross was disingenuous at best, downright dishonest at worst... dude also had a bit of a condescending tone. John pulled him out to speak on matters he had very little knowledge of and was making excuse after excuse after not putting my engine back together; despite me being told that it would be. They’re an unethical representation of BMW and regret giving them a dime.
Horrible service! Had an appointment and was told 1 hour, 3 hours and 45 minutes later... still waiting. Also called on Saturday left a message no call back as of yet. After waiting today over 3 hours, I called and they told they me would call me back in 15 minutes. after 45 minutes, we just drove up there. was charged $150.00 and still not told what was wrong. After I told the Manager I wrote a bad review, he handed us the papers and basically said since I wrote a bad review why should he try to make it right...I said I wou... read more
