Wouldn’t even dream of recommending this dealership. We were visiting family over the holidays and had a blowout on the way. Called dealership to schedule an appointment and was told to bring car in and that they would get right to it. Once we got there we were told they could have it repaired in an hour so we waited. After an hour and a half we were given a quote again on cost of tire and asked if it was ok to start work which I totally didn’t understand because it should have already been done. I am so pissed right now my wife took my 330i to you guys to help diagnose a rough idle in the car. I told her to tell you guys to check the coil you insisted it wasn’t the coils it was the crankcase value And a thermos that you didn’t proceeded to tell us it was going to be $1600 to fix it 1650 to be exact I took the car from you guys and I tore it down tonight and one of the cool boots with rip you didn’t even look where I told you to and you charge me $149 plus tax for a horrible diagnostics

Be ready for a second or third call to tell you they found something else wrong. They have had my car for 3 weeks!

I don't think I've ever dealt with this level of incompetence in my life. My brand new Z4 has locked me out three times while my keys were still in it. Also, several times the windshield washer hasnt worked. After keeping my car for several days, they informed me that they were unable to replicate the problems. Therefore, they changed my windshield wipers (?). They said I could download an app on my cellphone that would unlock my car remotely. As a former employee I can say two things one this place NEEDS new management make ready workers are over worked WITH NO breaks and NOT respected second the Make ready manager and used cars manager along with the GM are liars and can not be trusted says he cares about his employees but from experience HE DOES NOT.

This place.... Ugh! Horrible customer service. My car has been in this shop 4 times in the past 6 months. 3 of which in the past 2 mths. 2 of which in the past two weeks!! I have spent well over $6000 on these repairs (most likely over $7000 - I just don't want to add it up b/c I don't want to get sick). I just picked up my car where my bill was $4200+. This dealership is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with BMW . I can't being to explain how unprofessional the men (if you can call them that) they have working for them . When my car was on there property to be fixed ,it got "broken" into according to David Flores ,a employee. I was not notified of this ,until weeks later I received a letter from the police station,stating my car was broke into and they are looking into the incident, confused I called the dealership that morning.
