535i Warranty Coverage at 51,000 miles, just as warranty expired, message on car info center stated possible drivetrain failure, and to drive modestly, and take to dealer for service. Keeping my fingers crossed that a major expense was not needed to correct the problem. Good news that the error was due to a software malfunction for the exhaust system, and that was still covered under warranty. No expense to me. Paul Simms was my service advisor, and he was great. Great service and a super friendly staff I truly enjoy taking my car to Bob Smith BMW. The staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My service advisor, Rob Meyer, made my experience even better, by assisting me in dropping off the car and continuous follow up calls on the vehicle's status. I really value this team.

Great service and fast They were waiting for me when I got there, took my car, and I was out of there within 5 minutes when I dropped it off. The rep called me back a few hours later to tell me the service was complete, and the car was waiting in front for me when I got there.
