Bob Smith BMW Overall, service was very good; my technician was Tig Pourian. I received my car back as well-serviced; good condition and my car was washed. I was happy with the service. My only complaint was that it took nearly 45 minutes for me to get a loaner car (#46), then when I was taken to the loaner car, it only had enough gas for 11 miles; I was told the gas card did not work so was not given any additional gas, hence, I had to get gas, which made me even more late to work.
