Shay in service was wonderful. Very informative and friendly, and goes out of his way to contact you and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I was having a terrible time trying to deal with insurance to get my car fixed, and he helped me in any way that he could. Will definitely go back to him for anything else that I may need. What brought me in today was a screw in my rear tire. I have the tire protection package, but evidently 27,000 miles makes the tire to worn out to use the service that I paid for on my 2015 528i. Long story short, I had to buy a new tire. Moral of the story is, don't buy the extra coverage. Total waste of money.
While almost 1000 miles from home on vacation, our check engine light came on. To plan ahead, and because driveability did not seem to be an issue, we scheduled with Russell at BMW of Mobile for the day we would be traveling through Mobile, AL. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and even completed the overdue vehicle check which then called for replacing the rear brakes (both of which were covered under our pre-payed maintenance plan) and scheduled us for completion of that as well, all while we were in the area. ... read more
