Judy has proven absolutely irreplaceable in customer service. After 18 years and 4 different BMWs, I’ve never been more mistreated by a customer service representative and then by Todd the service manager as well. For warranty work that BMW suggested during a routine servicing. I’ll be taking my business to Orlando.

Bad trade in value and bad customer service
Just left this dealership, they have a 2015 STI and it has probably been modded/flashed because of the presence of an oil catch can, aftermarket spoiler, aftermarket wheels and an exhaust charge from Meineke in Sarasota FL the car has also been exposed to salt+snow as iit was originally purchased in NYC. I dont know what the Meineke carge was for they didn't tell me it was around 50ish bucks (dyno tune or cobb accessport checking maybe? no idea tbh) has probably touched this car. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Except the parts department. They never have parts in stock that other BMWs always have. And one of the guys has the personality of a brick wall.
They were lucky that we had our child with us today when we stopped in to look at their inventory. They lost a customer and I will make it a point to tell others just how bad it was if asked.
Shame on you: I took my car to the BMW dealership in Gainesville on a Tuesday for a repair on my coolant line and headlight replacement. I was told that I could pick up my car that evening. By 5:30 pm I had not heard from the dealership so I called and was advised that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. The service Sept suggested I rush up there to get paperwork for a rental I got up there 5:50 and was sent to Hertz which only had skateboards for rent. Took our car in today due to a recall. We had a appointment and earlier this week they had to order the part so we scheduled for a repair today. Just got a call asking if we could leave it till Sunday because it was the tech's half day. Really? Not what I expect from BMW. Can promise you we will not be purchasing a car from you in the future
