I brought my bmw in for an oil change and for the iDrive acting up. I was told that they thought my iDrive might be going bad and I only had one month left on my warranty. I panicked and decided to buy a new BMW. My salesman was nice and I feel like I got an okay deal but before 24 hours I had buyers remorse and called my salesman and asked if I could return the car and buy a more expensive BMW or get my old car back. Totally ignored by sales staff. We were there 20+ minutes and no one asked to help us. We went down the street and purchased an Audi. I highly recommend Audi of Gainesville....we were treated like royalty and they offered a fair deal.
