Great experience This is the first time I ever ordered a car. On top of that the car was coming from Germany. My salesperson Agnes Kozielec made the process easy! She worked with me to make sure I got each option coded correctly then went over it with me. She also sent me the actual build sheet to confirm. I was able to track the cars progress on the BMW website but Agnes filled in the finer details and kept me posted on all important milestones. Purchased 2015 Z4 This is my second Z4 BMW that I have purchased over the years from Motor Werks. My first was a 2004, and this time it was a used 2015 with only 2,400 miles. I dealt with Paul Torres and he was extremely helpful. The facility is remarkable, and even includes a Starbucks. very friendly service and professional staff. The salesman I worked with was very pleasant, easy to talk to and had years of experience. The manager and finance manager were all very knowledgeable, professional and did what they needed to do to get the deal done! Excellent out-of-state buying experience I had been looking for the right used car through the cars.com app for some time. Test drove some cars locally that helped decide but they weren't quite right (I'm picky when purchasing something that's over 40K after all). Ms. Diane We recently purchased a pre owned Volvo. The whole experience was fantastic.. However our sales person Matt Baginski nearly gave me a heart attack.
