Barry Sias is patient, polite and knowledgeable! Barry Sias went out of his way to help us find the right car. There was no question or request too big or small. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and made the car search experience very enjoyable for my wife and I. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Kudos to Barry and his finance man, Chris Lima, as well- who was also very competent and friendly. Great team!

Expert Service, Clean, & Friendly I received a notice from Honda to bring my Honda Civic Ex in for service. I arrived at Motor Werks of Barrington in the morning, and was greeted by Bryan Couture, the service manager. I showed the notice I received from Honda Motors to Bryan. He courteously listened and explained to me what the procedure would be for repairing my car, and to leave it overnight. He gave me a free loaner car to drive home. Wonderful buying experience We drove almost 3 hours to purchase our used 2010 Honda Odyssey & the staff there made it well worth it. Everyone was friendly & professional. They knew we were having credit problems but they were still willing to work with us to get the loan we needed to drive away with the car we wanted. Best experience ever!! In October I was at Motor Werks with my daughter and grandson. We were so impressed with the car and our sales consultant Ken Rydz. Ken was so well versed on the vehicle my daughter drove that it was asuch a pleasant experience. Ken's professionalism makes us want to purchase all our cars at Moter Werks. Unparalleled Customer Service I can't say enough about the customer service delivered by Steve Meloney. We met Steve early in 2015 in anticipation of the rollout of the new 2016 Honda Pilot. Steve genuinely built a relationship with my wife and me over an eight month period until the new Pilot arrived at the dealership. He was courteous, professional and forthright every step of the way.
