New Passport Interested in buying a Honda, we compared the CRV and Passport. Our salesperson was Anna Marie Horn. She was patient and thorough - spending nearly two hours with us in comparing the cars. When we decided on the Passport, she provided an excellent price, beating every other Honda dealership we contacted. She made the sales process easy, set up and explained the features in our new car. Best Service John Gregory was my salesman and Filip was the finance guy, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were both very friendly, worked with me and the rest of the staff was very friendly. quick yet thorough service I had one of the window switches become loose. Sal Badalamenti (my sales person when I bought my 2017 Macan GTS) set up an appointment that fits my schedule right away and Kevin Sutor from service was able to answer all my questions and repair the part. Kevin knew his Porsche material well. They also explained to me about the squeaking in the brakes. New CRV from Motor Werks Everything about my experience with Honda-Motor Werks was very positive. My sales person, Bill Goggin, was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy buying car from Motor Werks in Barrington, I I wish I would find them away earlier than now, because I've bought at least 12 cars for me and my immediate family members over 20 years. Where do I start?! First experience was great and even though I wasn't buyer at the time, this man right here took great care of my friend and I liked the customer service he provided, and his associates that helped him in the process.
