Bought vehicle from out-of-town It was time for me to retire my fun Miata, and as that would leave me without a manual transmission vehicle I figured it was time to search for a new one. There was only one recent Honda Civic within my entire state that had a manual transmission: a 2017 with 45,000 miles on it. Great Sales Service We had a great experience buying a Honda at Motor Werks of Barrington. The sales team of Anna Marie Horn, Aaron Bulinski along with Ian Higgins were kind, friendly and listened to what our needs were for a new vehicle. We did not feel pushed into a sale in any way. I truly hate buying cars (it just takes so long), but this was a tremendous experience. I've already recommended Anna Marie to a couple of friends because of fantastic experience we had.

Service Persistence I had an annoying squeak/chirp coming from under the frame of my 2017 X5 when I would come across a bumpy stretch of road, I want to thank the Motor Werks techs and especially Erik Swanson for finding and correcting this. It took two tries but they did not give up, they knew it was a big deal to me. Erik is just a good guy, very likable and he cares a lot about keeping his customers informed of progress. This was not an easy fix but they got it...... Thank you Erik and Motor Werks, I am very happy.
