Excellent Every Time This is not my 1st new car purchase with Motor Werks. This was my THIRD. I drove all three times from Rockford, IL. and bypassed Napelton Honda in my area because they wanted $2,000 down just to "locate" the Honda I wanted to purchase. Which wasn't a rare Honda by any means. Jae Kong has been excellent to me every time. He responds every time I call or text and has always come through with any promises. MotorWerks, beautiful facility and top notch professionals From the moment I pulled into the dealership I felt like I was at a high end resort and was being prepared to be pampered. Motorwerks had a number of beautiful vehicles well equipped and staff that made sure to proactively know the market values and incentives offered to talk with real value. Typically car dealerships are the last place I want to spend my time, however I quickly recognized I was surrounded with like minded professionals and products. Great experience

Great! Brandon was super helpful and willing to run around for us (literally we asked him to try out like 10 different cars and he didn't complain once). He was great at pricing and was willing to try his best to help us out. Also very knowledgeable with the cars he's selling, going into great detail about each feature!

Phil made buying experience fun Phil was very patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable about the Hinda CR-V. Great experience, start to finish I bought a really clean, lightly-used X5 as a 'starter' BMW. I took weeks to think it over but Chris was great, always responsive, never pushy or impatient with me. I did my homework and felt the car was priced appropriately right from the start so negotiation was not painful, so I was happy with the deal.
