Hector Analista is doing a fantastic job as my advisor! He kept me appraised of my repairs which were delayed due to supply chain issues. I felt he and his team made sure I was well taken care of. A rental car was supplied and I didn’t have any interruptions to my busy life! A nice gesture was when my car was ready for pick up it was detailed and looked better than when I dropped it off. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service team to all in the BMW family!
