"Professional and Efficient Service" I have been taking in my BMW for servicing to BMW of Escondido for the last seven years and have always been pleased with the service rendered by the mechanics and service advisors. I just recently took my car in for servicing and was assigned to a new Service Advisor, Harris Fecher. He was pleasant, professional and efficiently handled my maintenance request. I liked that he did not try to oversell me with other maintenance options. I will definitely ask for him again!
"Worth the drive" I've used BMW of Escondido for over 25 years. I moved to Orange County 7 years ago, but was disappointed with the BMW service in that area. So I drive down to Escondido for servicing and always ask for Harris. He's cordial, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I'm always happy with the service.
