"BMW of Escondido Service Department" Hector and the service team did an outstanding job servicing my 2018 BMW i3. They did an unbelievable job detailing the car also. I only have one suggestion based on my beliefs. When you give out a loaner don't ask the customer to bring back the car with the same amount of gas you left with. I don't buy gas. My car is electric.
