First time BMW owner This was my first time at Wayne BMW. The staff was excellent. The scheduling of appointments was easy. I was satisfied with the service, The only issue I had was I was told service would be about 1.5 hrs so I waited. I was there over 2.5 hrs and that was way too long. I did need an additional service which I agreed too but wasn't told it would be so much longer. They did apologize which I appreciated.
Completed my recall items on BMW X5 Excellent service. Kept me update. Will come again to service my car.
