SERVICE APPOINTMENT Had my car in for routine service. I had Jose again as my service advisor. Jose never disappoints. Always keeps you in the loop, and always a phone call or text away for direct immediate help. This service center is by far the best of all BMW/Benz service centers. Easy in and out access, lay out and process. Can always easily drive in in an emergency situation and or last minute.

Service I want to write this review only because Jin (Service Center Rep) made my experience absolutely amazing. I initlally came in for a recall to my blower motor wiring. My service engine light also came on, however. A full diagnosis was ran on my vehicle and what needed to be completed. Jin really helped me because unlike many other repair reps, he explained to me what NEEDED to be done and what was RECOMMENDED.
