Great dealership experience My wife and I both purchased used vehicles from BMW Minnetonka this month. Shopping for "gently used" courtesy loaner I visited the dealership in their first week of reopening with appointments only. Process was still somewhat awkward for both sides. Greatly appreciated by sales person wearing mask as I did as well, although he was the only team member wearing one.
