Excellent experience - thanks Morgan Moore! Couldn’t be happier with the experience we had purchasing our Q7, Morgan Moore was great, as was James in finance. BMW of Minnetonka will be one of the first places we look for cars in the future.

Ask for Alex -- the best Alex is an ally when car buying. He takes the time to make sure you are treated right. I can't imagine buying a bmw from anyone else.

Bought a Certified BMW I bought a great used certified 428I that I saw online at the BMW site. Since I had the car shipped and didn't actually see the car in person prior to the purchase, I had to rely on the dealership. John Sullivan was my contact person. Sully did a great job of communicating and getting me through the whole process. The car was delivered and lived up to my expectations. I was very pleased with the service.

Mister Worked with Rick Krichmar. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted in a car and did not try to talk us into features we did not need or want.

Exceptional product with even better service!!! Minnetonka BMW provides a truly exceptional customer experience!!! The only thing better than their product is the outstanding sales and service!! I had the pleasure of working with Heather Purrington to purchase my fourth BMW. It was an incredible and seamless experience - to test drive in the morning and a few hours later, drive out with a fantastic car!! Barbara Lindell This is my fifth BMW X series leased thru BMW Minnetonka - four of these leases with Kris Kramer. I always comer back to him at the end of my leases for two reasons 1) he is AWESOME to work with, makes it easy and 2) I still LOVE driving the BMW! Thanks Kris and everyone at BMW Mtka!!
