Great Sales Experience! I worked with Byron Alexander, who is a thoughtful and thorough member of the BMW of Minnetonka Sales Team. He was a tremendous resource in selecting and buying our new car. The entire process was very positive and efficient - really appreciate how professional, responsive and knowledgeable Byron was throughout. The finance team was great, too.
Purchasing new car. Dealt with Kris Kramer and he did a excellent job of helping me purchase a new car This is the second car I have purchased along with my daughter and brother in law have purchased cars from this dealership. I just recently picked up my vehicle but I already wish I could extend my lease to more then 3 years.
Stellar Dealership and Sales person BMW of Minnetonka is top notch when it comes to stock, facility, and service! The dealership itself is massive and immaculate. The customer service I received from Ryan Leach was stellar from start to finish on my used car purchase and has continued to be since purchase. I’ve dealt with sales people that write you off once they’ve made the sale at other dealerships , this is definitely not the case with Ryan. I will be back for future purchases! He went above and beyond my expectations.

I had the opportunity to work with Kris Kramer at Minnetonka BMW and I must let the world know how good the experience was - Kris was great: kind, sincere, easy to work with, and very low pressure. Purchased my 2nd Car Through Matt Liebig I want to recommend BMW of Minnetonka and specifically Matt Liebig. I purchased my 2nd car from them - the last one in 2014, both through Matt. The purchase process and service have been 5-star over the last 6 years.
