Easy Experience I special ordered my car from the factory via their website. Bobby Wilson from BMW Minnetonka immediately got in touch with me and walked me through the process. He was friendly and helpful. I picked up my new car 6 weeks later. The whole experience was easy and fun. I plan on doing it again. This is my first BMW. Their first rate reputation is earned.

Excellent Purchase Experience I have had experience with 4 different BMW dealers and Minnetonka BMW is by far the most customer-centered and customer friendly. I have used them for both service and purchasing a new vehicle and in both cases, the service was of the highest quality. My sales rep, Sonny Truong, made the new car purchase experience easy during a difficult time (the corona virus pandemic). He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and situation. Great experience purchasing a new USED car. Just completed a process of buying a new USED car from BMW in Wayzata, MN after locating it online via Cars.com.
