Pleasant buying experience Found a car we were interested in on their website and started the process there. A response came promptly from Ryan and when we arrived at the dealership he took the time to explain the positives and negatives of the vehicles we were comparing. Always informative and never pressuring he assisted with the decision process. Once we decided on a car we seamlessly transitioned to Scott for the business end of the process. All in all a very easy buying experience.
Matt is terrific! So happy with my new 428! Matt Liebig was just great to deal with. Accidentally happened upon him when I was just considering my next BMW. He was so informative, responsive and friendly. Made the whole process smooth and effortless. LOVE my new car. It's my 4th BMW and if I'm lucky I'll always drive them.

Great dealership I have been with BMW of Minnetonka for many years and they have been excellent. Recently I came in early for my lease end, unsure whether I would be able to find the right car to replace the old one, and Jeff Swanson was able to find the car with the right features for me that day.
A great experience! I had test drove several used used vehicles when I met Tom White. Even though I had an idea of the car I wanted, he was extremely helpful and took the time to show me options and answer all my questions. Tom helped make the experience enjoyable and I would highly recommend working with him. I recently picked up my vehicle and I couldn't be happier.

Amazing experience! Amazing experience! I don't think we fit the typical demographics of a BMW buyer so I was a little hesitant to go to the BMW dealer to even look at a pre-owned vehicle.
