Excellent Experience We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences we had test driving a BMW at the Minnetonka store under Rob Dahnke's expertise and guidance. Amy at BMW Minnetonka is AMAZING BMW of Minnetonka has made buying our next BMW incredibly fun, enjoyable & most importantly with a busy family, efficient. Being a busy mom, most of my transaction had to be done via email. I worked directly with Amy on understanding my options, facilitating financing, test drive, etc. and just needed to come in at the end to sign & pick up my car. Their entire team at BMW is very welcoming and always looking out for our long-term needs. I love my new 435i. :)
extended warranty The finance manager lied to us about the extended warranty coverage and essentially sold us a 4-year extended warranty that as it turns out was only good for 3 years. Thankfully we did some checking and found the true coverage period, and was able to get a full refund from Zurich. The other aspects of the buying process was fine and our salesperson Heather was excellent.
My BMW 535i I have purchased many cars in my day and I must admit this was the best experience I've had to date! Antony Hines was my sales person and he was nothing short of amazing. Being a younger African American male (29) I was treated with the upmost respect!
Excellent Car Dealership Ryan was very knowledgeable in all the car's functions and very friendly and helpful. I only had one issue with the finance department. First they said I was approve and then when I was ready to pick up the car they called me back and stated I needed a larger down payment, then called back again and said I would need a co-signer. My bank called me the next day and asked me some questions and stated I was approve with no co-signer needed. Extremely frustrating 2 days.
