BMW NASHVILLE, great service department. BMW NASHVILLE service department is exceptional. It?s always easy to get an appointment and service is completed in a timely manner. The service advisors always advise me of everything being repaired or serviced on my car. Courteous and professional representatives are the norm.

Oil change service Work was done and service reps were very friendly and all the work was excellent and the car was washed before returning to me.
Outstanding Service I highly recommend this location. The entire process for start to finish was a breeze. The sales associate Mr. David Tran did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Used 2018 Mazda CX-5 I love the car. Can't help but feel a little disappointed in the dealership, however. The care Salesman, Chad was great! My issue was more with the car and things added to it. The dealership made me pay an extra $500 for a PermaPlate that they applied already. Something I didn't want but had no choice but to pay for it anyways.
