Busy service department, but a good experience. I turned in my vehicle for a recall, as well as a routine oil and microfilter change. My service representative was very thorough in what needed to be performed as well as an estimated time of completion. I could tell from our conversation that he was very knowledgeable and took pride in what he did. The only issue I had, which was worked out, concerned a loaner vehicle.
