RecommendedI just wanted to take a moment and say how awesome my service experience was this week. My tire light came on Tuesday evening, so I called service first thing Wednesday morning. Kim told me to bring it in immediately so I didn’t have any driving/safety issue. As I arrived they had my loaner vehicle running, heated, and ready to go. My tire issue was fixed later that day. RecommendedBest BMW service department! Use to go to Moss in Lafayette when we lived there, or made an appointment when I would be in town. (Tadd, their best service rep is no longer there). Went to Jackson a few times..not impressed 😳.
