Service department inefficient, and not customer friendly. Something very routine turned into a three day process due to service advisor not being thorough and ordering parts or communicating appropriately with me the customer. The best part was when I expressed my dissatisfaction the service advisor called my husband to see what he wanted to do. End result not just poor service but sexism at its finest. Fabulous customer service! Beautiful facility. I was told by Goodyear I needed 4 new tires! I only bought 2 from Goodyear and when I brought my car to Galleria BMW I asked them to put two new back tires in if they thought I needed them. They said..”no, not for awhile!” Honesty and Integrity brings loyalty from customers! I’ll be back! Thank you, Galleria BMW.
Sonya, Margaret Ann, and the other staff made purchasing a vehicle out of town super easy! They were all so friendly. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other dealerships. They delivered my vehicle to my door step 1 1/2 away! Great experience!

This dealership really ensured I was taken care of. There was a time where dealers acted a certain way to get you in a car but not this one. I had issues with my car tag processing and they got right on it with no questions asked. Jeremy was a great help in ensuring the dealership integrity stayed in tact from start to finish.
