"Not one but two new BMWs" I originally leased a new 335is in 2013 from this dealer. At the time I was living outside of the country so a lot of the initial work had to be done remotely over the phone and through email. "tire replacement" had a nail bolt in the left rear. serviced with the tire warranty. in and out about 1 hr and julie was very helpful making the claim process. she completed all paperwork
"Seamless" I just leased my 4th BMW from Les Cutler. I keep going back to BMW because I love the ride, but I keep going back to Les because I know the process will go smoothly, quickly and hassle-free. It is clear that Les's philosophy is "the customer comes first" and he does everything he can to make the customer happy.
