"Nelson Gonzalez Detailed and Experienced!!!" Nelson is a prime example of what good customer service should be! He's knowledgeable and informative about BMW vehicles. I appreciate that Nelson is courteous and professional, he follows up and notifies me of any changes. After working with Vista BMW were the wait time is inexplicably long I loved working with Nelson. "Fast and Efficient" My experience with this dealership was seamless and painless. I was in-and-out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new vehicle (after a few phone conversations were exchanged to pick and prep the new vehicle for my appointment). Les was an outstanding individual to work with. He was funny and kind and I will definitely come back to Les the next time my lease is ending. He was fantastic!

"Perfect Experience" I had the pleasure of buying a BMW X3 yesterday.I have been driving a Lexus for many years and every 2-3 years purchased a new one. When I met Les Cutler I was sold on BMW, He explained everything and when I picked up the car (yesterday) he went over everything again.If the dealer had a school Les would be #1 to explain the car to new owners.
