Les Cutler was my internet sales person and I thank god that it was no one else, Les Cutler sales cars and delivers them so patiently and kind, I was impressed on how detailed he was with me. Les Culter stood out so much better than the rest at South Motor and Braman, This is a real BMW dealership.

"Mark responded to my request that I had submitted on..." Mark responded to my request that I had submitted on BMWUSA.com. He was very professional and easy going. Did not have that usual sales man pressure to hurry and make the sale. He was also great on the price. This has been so far the best car buying experience I have had yet. Now I just have to wait on my order to get here.

"I came into this dealer ship expecting the absolute..." I came into this dealer ship expecting the absolute worst, and was completely surprised. Frank Fuzer greeted me as soon as we walked in, and helped us with a positive and caring attitude. We ended up getting a brand new 328I convertible just as i wanted. I never had a better experience overall dealing and getting where i wanted to be with through years of dealership experience. Thank you frank and to the dealership for making my visit stress less as possible.

He went to patio with me and had the patience to show me and explain me all the differences in the cars I was looking to purchase ( BMW 528i). Also he did not pressure me and helped me to get a good deal on my trade in. I a very happy with purchase I made. The 0.9% interest rate for financing was also a decisive item.
