All of the information he provided was accurate and honest. Once I got into the showroom all we did was sign the documents. No hidden fees or additional sales pitch. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and considerate. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that BMW is the best car I have ever had. I am now driving my second BMW lease and I don't think I will ever change. The free maintenance plan is also a big plus.
