Tyrone was the "Best". He kept me updated on my vehicle til the end. Then had to call me back for another update. Still was a complete gentle with excellent customer service. I love it.
They were able to get me in for an appointment on my schedule and performed the service quickly. Tyrone always takes good care of me and my car.
Andrew was knowledgeable and service was fast, car ready same day.
They were very professional and kind. I shall check back in with them to continue my search for a mini Countryman .

Service was good and completed in a timely fashion. Would be much better if cars were cleaned or detailed better. Other than that service was great as well as the service guy Tyrone.
Overall great services, but they definitely need to improve on their loaner services. Most working class people need to have access to a loaner car.

Great place for service for my BMW. Andrew is my service contact and he always listens to my concerns and makes sure everything is checked out to my satisfaction before I get my car back. They make appointment's to do the necessary work and always have the car clean and ready on time. I have used this Greensboro service center for both of my BMW's and totally recommend them.
