Jamil Jackson was my service advisor. My X3 had a service light on. Jamil determined what needed fixing and scheduled me for service. The repair was completed in a timely manner and my vehicle was washed and returned to me. Jamil was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and made my visit pleasant.
