Ms. Cat was beyond patient and understanding. I talked with someone there before who I couldn’t get ahold of. She reached out and noticed I was looking to upgrade to sent me options. I made the time and we drove up to Missouri. Where she had the vehicles pulled up and ready. I couldn’t decide which vehicle to get and she provided her opinion in a trusting professional way. Even reached out to us after to make sure we got home safe and didn’t have any other questions. A sweet girl and I will be back :)
