The entire experience was above expectations. Yamil was very helpful, informative and patient. He made sure we understood every feature and option during our test drive and after purchase. He ensured we experienced what BMW was known for and did best, created an amazing driving experience.
Tim knew his stuff without being “pushy. ” Dealership but very clean and had lots of options. Easy process for my first time buying at a dealership, they worked with me and my payments. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
I went there with the idea of just looking at an X3. They only had one available. A friend had recommended I ask for Tim Thuro. He was great. He showed me the car and then we went on a test drive. There was never any pressure to buy at all. It was a simple and very pleasant transaction. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone I know that is interested in a BMW.
Throughout my time in Springfield life developments have required a change in vehicles. Tim Thuro has been my go to sales rep. He is knowledgeable on a plethora of products, listens well to the customer needs and goes to bat for his clients as they seek a fair deal.
